体育产业供给侧改革:投入要素、行动逻辑与实施路径——基于社会主要矛盾转化研究视角

通过文献资料调研、实地考察、专家访谈等方法,基于社会主要矛盾转化视角,对体育产业供给侧改革的投入要素、行动逻辑与实施路径进行研究。研究认为:1)中国特色社会主义步入新时代,社会主要矛盾的转化对体育产业供给侧改革提出了新要求,而体育产业供给侧改革可以有效破解体育产业中不平衡和不充分的发展问题;2)推进体育产业供给侧改革的核心工作是通过改革与创新,优化产业结构,提高劳动力、土地、资本、制度等要素的投入力度,提高全要素生产率;3)行动逻辑是构建“强政府-强市场”结合模式,不仅要用好政府“有形之手”,也要放开市场“无形之手”,发挥市场在体育资源配置中的决定性作用。具体实践中,通过深化体制机制改革、促进产业跨界融合、实施产业创新驱动、补齐产业发展短板等途径推进体育产业供给侧改革。  相似文献

The Use of a Mobile Learning Tool by Medical Students in Undergraduate Anatomy and its Effects on Assessment Outcomes

Hand-held devices have revolutionized communication and education in the last decade. Consequently, mobile learning (m-learning) has become popular among medical students. Nevertheless, there are relatively few studies assessing students' learning outcomes using m-learning devices. This observational study presents an anatomy m-learning tool (eMed-App), an application developed to accompany an anatomy seminar and support medical students' self-directed learning of the skeletal system. Questionnaire data describe where, how frequently, and why students used the app. Multiple choice examination results were analyzed to evaluate whether usage of the app had an effect on test scores. The eMed-App application was used by 77.5% of the students, mainly accessed by Android smartphones, and at students' homes (62.2%) in order to prepare themselves for seminar sessions (60.8%), or to review learning content (67%). Most commonly, students logged on for less than 15 minutes each time (67.8%). Frequent app users showed better test results on items covering eMed-App learning content. In addition, users also achieved better results on items that were not related to the content of the app and, thus, gained better overall test results and lower failure rates. The top quartile of test performers used the eMed-App more frequently compared to students in lower quartiles. This study demonstrated that many students, especially the high-performing ones, made use of the eMed-App. However, the app itself did not result in better outcomes, suggesting that top students might have been more motivated to use the app than students who were generally weak in anatomy.  相似文献   

Press Credentials and Hybrid Boundary Zones: The Case of WorldNetDaily and the Standing Committee of Correspondents

Press credentialing practices are a vital, yet understudied site of scholarly research on journalistic norms and practices. Press credentialing not only structures internal professional hierarchies, but they also signify the boundaries of the journalistic field itself. This paper explores the legal and theoretical implications of press credentialing to cover the United States Congress, drawing on the concepts of boundary work and journalistic authority to demonstrate the material impact of the space between fields on professional legitimation in journalism. Using WorldNetDaily (WND) as a case study, I argue that the Standing Committee of Correspondents (SCC) occupies a hybrid boundary zone between the journalistic and political fields, generating a unique tension in First Amendment jurisprudence that places journalists in a paradoxical role as both the professional embodiments of free speech and its constitutional steward. The resulting jurisdictional conflict between the SCC and WND extends the relational model of journalistic authority by articulating how journalist-state relations can fundamentally augment the process of legitimation at its fuzzy boundaries. The relevance and implications for press credentialing practices in the digital age are discussed.  相似文献   

动态助词“来”的历时发展及其衰落动因考察

古代汉语中,"来"的用法异常复杂,仅其助词属性下就又可以细分出六七种不同的用法,但这些用法大多并未能沿用到现代汉语共同语中,这也包括用作动态助词的"来"。从历时发展来看,动态助词"来"产生之后,在唐五代、宋元、明清三个阶段的使用并未呈现出持续上升的态势,而是在共同语中逐渐衰落了,今天仅在偏南方的一些方言中还有所使用。作为动态助词,"来"的衰落动因是多方面的,既有"来"自身功能负担过重,以及在使用中受限制过多的内因作用,也有系统内部成员竞争的外因作用。  相似文献

成果与局限:试论我国首次体育学术论争

新中国成立初期体育学界的探索和体育事业的发展，为当代体育哲学社会科学发展提供了重要的经验启示和思想资源。出于复杂原因，当时被"双百"方针孕育而生的首次体育学术论争，鲜有人提及。在学界内外争鸣氛围的激励下，这次论争系统总结了当时体育发展中的基本问题，空前活跃了体育研究氛围，也促使篮球战术、体育内行与外行、武术渊源和发展等具体问题的讨论得以深入展开；而历史条件的特殊性和局限性，致使其偏离了体育场域且未能充分关注基本国情；从研究者的态度、论争者的遗憾和体育界的反思等层面，对我国首次体育学术论争及其深远影响进行研判。  相似文献   

大学生涉跑猝死事件的体医融合防卫机制研究

近年来，大学生身体素质不佳，已成为"老大难"，也是刻不容缓需要解决的问题，多地曾出现在体测、运动会、马拉松中晕倒甚至猝死事件，这给学校体育工作的开展带来不小的考验。带着因涉跑引起猝死的疑问，通过猝死案例分析，探究高校大学生猝死的病理学的非运动成因。研究认为：涉跑猝死的主因是先天性生理疾病，运动不是引发猝死的主要诱因，并提出了预防运动猝死的"堵疏结合"的医学监控策略和体医融合防卫机制构建方法。建议通过入校时医学筛查、跑前医学检查、跑中医学观察、猝死现场急救、跑后跟踪复查降低猝死风险；建立宿舍、运动场地、运动项目的全覆盖的心脏复苏志愿队伍，实施"黄金8分钟"内的急救生存链；建立学生、学校、政府、社会四方体育运动分级分类保险制度，从风险转移和人道主义援助进行关怀；建立涉跑猝死、猝死、非正常死亡的数据库，开展非正常死亡人员的病理学研究；建立全生命周期医学监控和健康安全宣传教育，形成全方位、全过程、全人员的体医融合防卫机制。  相似文献

Surviving Being Dark: A Pedagogy of the Sacred for Survival in a Divided Society

Abstract

Historically, Blacks have out of necessity prioritized survival in educating their younger generations for existence in the racially hostile and divided context of the U.S. This education and religious education has occurred formally and informally in homes, schools, community organizations, and in congregations. This paper examines three aspects of survival: survival and emancipatory education, survival and justice, and survival with emerging Black generations. Three examples will be offered that highlight each aspect of survival. The examples will demonstrate how education generally and religious education in particular have undergirded pedagogies of the sacred for the survival of Black life.  相似文献
